Preparing for a research degree takes more than selecting a university. Crystal Global Study Australia helps you organise your academic background, clarify your research direction and understand the admission steps for your chosen institution.

Choose a program that fits your preparation
A research master’s and a PhD have different academic expectations. Compare the specific program’s entry requirements, research component, supervision, assessment, duration and fees. Do not assume a research-percentage threshold applies universally across universities.
Our education support
- Explore suitable research areas and published admission requirements.
- Organise transcripts, CV, previous research and qualification evidence.
- Help structure an initial research outline and supervisor enquiry.
- Identify questions about supervision capacity and program fit.
- Review published scholarship requirements and application deadlines.
Your research ideas and application statements must accurately represent your own work and experience. The university determines admission, supervision and funding.
Prepare your research direction
Start with a clear problem, its significance and the kind of evidence or method that could address it. Explain how your background prepares you for the work. Follow the selected faculty’s proposal format and word limit rather than submitting one unchanged document everywhere.
Approaching a supervisor
Read the researcher’s recent work and explain the connection to your proposed topic. A concise enquiry should introduce your qualifications, relevant research experience and intended project. Interest from a supervisor does not replace formal admission or a scholarship decision.
Do not assume a research master’s and a PhD have identical immigration treatment. Have any questions about onshore applications, family inclusion and later visas assessed independently before committing to a course.
Education counselling team
Research-study enquiries can be discussed with Dr Md Mofijur Rahman, Director and Consultant at Crystal Global Study Australia. Your consultation focuses on education planning; personalised migration advice is provided independently through referral.
